I came across the Namaste Gluten free Pizza mix on well.ca - it was on sale and about $8 for the package. Each package will make 2 large pizzas. Now I have to say, I was a little sceptical about the whole "make your own crust" but hey - I'll try anything once!

After 15 minutes, the crust was becoming firmer, smelled delicious, and I couldn't wait to taste the final product. I did standard toppings (cheese on first) then some veggies. Then you have to pop it back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
The final result? The best pizza ever! I know I've previously stated Kinnikinnick Thin Crusts were my favourite, but this was slightly a different comparison. This was a WHOLE ROUND pizza - just for me!
It had an outside crust that was crispy and delicious! The inside crust stayed crispy as well with the exception of the areas that held the tomato toppings (mental note for next time).
So while this was a little more work, it was worth it! You could also make smaller crusts and bake for the 15 minutes and then freeze the partially cooked crusts with or without toppings and have pre-made pizzas ready to go in the freezer.
I love this product and will purchase again in the future!
