While I was out grocery shopping last night I picked up a couple packages of the Udi's Pizza Crusts. I really love pizza and am excited to try new crusts when I can find them!

The instructions stated to heat oven to 450 degrees and bake for 6-8 minutes. Now based on my previous experience trying to bake GF pre-fab pizza crusts I was thinking there is no way it is going to cook in 8 minutes! While I did leave it in there for 10 because I like pizza crispy - it cooked perfectly! Crunchy on the outside, pretty soft on the inside (but not mushy).
The texture reminded me a little of pita bread and the pita pizzas you can make. The crust didn't have a lot of flavour (it just tasted like dough) which gives you the opportunity to add spices to your sauce if you wish.
Overall, it was a great product - I'd buy again - especially because I can purchase it at the local supermarket.
As a side note - these are round pizza shells, and you can make a bunch of pizzas and just place them in the freezer for a quick supper!
