I recently picked up a new (to me) kind of cookie at Sobeys. It's from
WOW Baking Company. Based out of Washington state, they are a wheat free and gluten free company. Their product line includes cookies, cookie dough and cake mixes. I've only seen their bagged cookies around these parts, but they offer 5 types: Chocolate Chip, Lemon Burst, Snickerdoodle, Peanut Butter and Ginger Molasses (can't say I've seen this particular flavour).

Cookies come in a re-seable bag, however, they probably won't be resealed for long as they are quite delicious! The cookies are soft, have a slight chewiness, and are bite size. From what I can tell from the label, 2 cookies is considered a serving and comes in at about 140 calories, 12 grams of sugar, and 6 grams of fat. Depending on your sugar allowances, they might have a bit too much sugar for some people.
These cookies have pretty normal looking ingredients: flour blend, chocolate chips, sugar, butter, eggs etc. They do contain eggs, milk and soy (soy lecithin is in the chocolate chips). There is nothing artificial which is awesome :)
There is a note on the package that they are produced in a dedicated gluten free facility so no worries about cross contamination!
The cookies were $4.99 a bag at Sobeys - but regular price is $5.99. I really enjoyed these; so did non-GF people! They are worth a try!
