Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free Bread

A new gluten free bread available in NL! Yay! This one is by Canyon Bakehouse and there are currently two varieties to purchase here. 7-Grain was the one I bought, and I really, really liked it!

The texture is really nice - not gritty or heavy, and it has a nice soft mouth feel; both toasted and plain. A bag is $6.99 so it's a little more expensive, but not by much.

The ingredient list on the bread is also impressive. While not as good as Silver Hills, the bread is a lot softer and more "normal" feeling. This bread has mostly whole grains, but does have eggs so it's not entirely allergen free. I've listed the ingredients below. In terms of calories, each slice has 90 calories, 2 grams of fiber and 2 grams of sugar.

I bought this one at the Stavanger Drive Dominion, but I've heard it's also available at the Blackmarch Road store as well. I haven't seen it at the Stadium Dominion however.
